Due to the nature of PPE and our commitment to the health and safety of our customers, all sales of PPE items are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any PPE products, including but not limited to masks, gloves, face shields, gowns, or any other items classified as PPE.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing information before completing their purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt for assistance.

We do accept returns and exchanges for all non-PPE related products. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
